이용약관

Pro Access

짧은 온보딩을 마친 뒤 앱의 모든 주요 기능을 이용하려면 Pro Access가 필요합니다. Pro Access는 App Store를 통해 판매되는 일회성 비소모성 앱 내 구입이며, 구독이나 무료 체험이 아니고 자동 갱신되지 않습니다. 결제 전 Apple이 현지 통화 가격을 표시하고, 구매를 확인하면 사용자의 Apple 계정으로 청구됩니다. 같은 Apple 계정에서는 “구매 복원”으로 다시 이용할 수 있습니다.

Apple이 결제와 환불을 처리하고 RevenueCat이 영수증 확인, 구매 권한 제공과 복원을 지원합니다. 구매 권한 자체에는 만료일이 없지만, 앱·App Store·운영체제의 지속적인 제공과 호환성은 보장되지 않습니다. 구매 정보 처리에 관한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 확인하세요.

정보의 정확성

앱의 모집 일정, 전형 방법, 경쟁률은 공개 자료를 바탕으로 정리한 참고 정보이며 오류나 누락이 있을 수 있습니다. 2027학년도 일정은 공식 발표 전 ‘예상’ 일정입니다. 지원 전에는 반드시 각 대학 입학처의 공식 모집요강을 확인해야 하며, 앱 정보만을 근거로 한 판단의 결과에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 앱은 합격을 보장하지 않습니다.

독립 앱 고지

앱은 어떤 대학, 입시 기관, 편입 학원의 공식 앱이 아니며 이들과 제휴하거나 보증을 받지 않았습니다. 학습 콘텐츠(어휘·문법·논리·독해)는 이 앱을 위해 새로 작성되었으며 대학 기출문제를 복제하지 않습니다.

게시판 이용

게시판에 불법적이거나 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 혐오·괴롭힘에 해당하는 내용을 작성해서는 안 됩니다.

기타

앱은 “있는 그대로” 제공되며, 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 이 약관에 정하지 않은 사항은 아래 영문 EULA와 Apple 표준 EULA를 따릅니다. 문의: osmanndemirozz@gmail.com

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store rules.

Apple Standard Terms

Where applicable, this agreement supplements Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict between this agreement and Apple's required terms, Apple's required terms control to the extent required by Apple. Pro Access Purchase

After the short onboarding flow, Pro Access is required to use all substantive app features. Pro Access is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase sold through the App Store. It is not a subscription or free trial and does not renew. Apple shows the localized price before confirmation, charges your Apple Account, and handles refunds. You can use “Restore Purchases” with the same Apple Account. RevenueCat validates receipts and manages the entitlement and restoration process.

The purchase entitlement itself does not expire. Continued access nevertheless depends on the app, App Store, and compatible operating systems remaining available. See the Privacy Policy for purchase-data processing details.

Admissions Information

Schedules, evaluation methods, and competition rates in the app are compiled from public sources for reference and may contain errors or omissions. 2027 schedules are estimates until universities publish their official guides. You are responsible for confirming all details with each university's official admissions office. The app does not guarantee admission.

Independent App Notice

The app is not an official app of any university, admissions organization, or prep academy. Links to official pages are provided for convenience and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or approval.

Acceptable Use

You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, interfere with, or misuse the app except as allowed by law, or post unlawful, infringing, hateful, or harassing content on the board.

Maintenance and Support

We are responsible for app maintenance and support as described in these terms or as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app.

No Warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Product Claims

We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing claims relating to the app or your possession and use of the app, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory compliance claims, and consumer protection claims.

Intellectual Property

If a third party claims that the app infringes its intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging that claim to the extent required by these terms and applicable law.

Legal Compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted party list.

Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. After you accept these terms, Apple has the right to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
