개인정보처리방침
이 방침은 편입메이트(Transfer Mate, 이하 “앱”)가 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명합니다. 문의: osmanndemirozz@gmail.com
수집하는 정보
앱은 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다. 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고에 사용하지 않으며, 광고 SDK나 교차 앱 추적 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.
온보딩 답변(목표 학교, 준비 단계 등), 관심 학교, 학습 기록, 오답노트, 단어장, 연속 학습일·XP, 개인 일정, 알림 설정, 게시판에 작성한 글과 댓글은 사용자의 기기에만 저장되며 Apple이나 RevenueCat에 전송되지 않습니다. 구매 정보는 아래 설명처럼 별도로 처리됩니다.
기기 권한
알림: 관심 학교의 원서 마감(D-7/D-3/D-1/당일)과 매일 학습 알림을 보내기 위해 사용자가 허용한 경우에만 기기 내에서 로컬 알림을 예약합니다. iOS 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
캘린더: “캘린더에 추가”는 iOS 기본 일정 편집 화면을 띄우며, 사용자가 직접 저장한 일정만 캘린더에 추가됩니다. 앱은 캘린더의 기존 일정을 읽지 않습니다.
발음 듣기: 단어 발음은 iOS 내장 음성 합성으로 기기에서 재생되며 음성 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다.
앱 내 구입 및 RevenueCat
Pro Access는 Apple App Store를 통해 결제되는 일회성 비소모성 구매입니다. 결제와 환불은 Apple이 처리하며, 앱 개발자는 카드 번호나 Apple 계정 암호 같은 결제 수단 정보에 접근하지 않습니다. Apple의 정보 처리에는 Apple 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
구매 확인과 복원을 위해 RevenueCat을 서비스 제공업체로 사용합니다. 회원 계정 대신 임의의 익명 App User ID가 생성되며, 앱 실행·구매 상태 확인· 구매·복원 시 다음 정보가 RevenueCat 서버로 전송될 수 있습니다.
- 항목: 익명 App User ID, Apple 영수증·구매 내역, 상품과 구매 상태·시각, 기기 종류·운영체제·앱 버전·최근 확인 시각 등 기술 정보
- 목적: 영수증 검증과 부정 구매 방지, Pro Access 제공·복원, 고객 지원과 구매 분석
- 확인 범위: 개발자는 RevenueCat 대시보드에서 익명 식별자와 구매 상태·내역을 확인할 수 있습니다
현재 설정에서는 이메일, 이름, 연락처, 광고 식별자나 학습 기록을 RevenueCat에 보내지 않으며 구매 데이터를 광고나 교차 앱 추적에 사용하지 않습니다. 향후 로그인, 고객 속성 또는 광고·어트리뷰션 연동을 추가한다면 이 방침을 먼저 개정합니다.
국외 처리
RevenueCat, Inc.(미국, compliance@revenuecat.com)은 위 구매 식별자·영수증·구매 내역과 기술 정보를 미국에서 처리합니다. 정보는 암호화된 통신으로 전송되며 RevenueCat 서비스 이용 기간 또는 삭제 요청 처리 시까지 보관될 수 있습니다(법적 의무와 백업 보관 기간 제외). 사용자는 구매하지 않을 수 있지만, 이 처리를 거부하면 Pro Access 구매 확인과 복원을 제공할 수 없습니다.
커뮤니티 게시판
현재 게시판의 글과 댓글은 작성한 기기에만 저장되며 다른 사용자와 공유되지 않습니다. 향후 공유 기능이 추가될 경우, 시행 전에 이 방침을 개정하고 앱 안에서 안내합니다.
문의 이메일
지원 이메일을 보내면 이메일 주소와 사용자가 작성한 내용을 받게 됩니다. 이 정보는 문의 응대와 지원 기록 관리에만 사용합니다.
웹사이트 호스팅
이 웹사이트는 Firebase Hosting으로 운영됩니다. Firebase는 사이트 제공과 보호를 위해 IP 주소, 브라우저 정보, 요청 로그 등 기술 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
외부 링크
앱은 각 대학 입학처 등 공개된 외부 페이지로 연결될 수 있습니다. 외부 사이트에는 해당 사이트의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
보관 및 삭제
기기에 저장된 학습·설정 정보는 앱 안에서 초기화하거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 유지됩니다. 앱 삭제는 로컬 데이터와 기기에 캐시된 익명 식별자를 지우지만 Apple 또는 RevenueCat의 서버 구매 기록을 자동으로 삭제하지 않습니다. RevenueCat 구매 정보의 열람 또는 삭제를 요청하려면 Pro Access 화면의 “구매 지원 ID 복사”로 익명 App User ID를 확인한 뒤 지원 이메일로 보내 주세요. 구매 기록 삭제는 환불을 의미하지 않으며, 나중에 구매를 복원하면 구매 관리 기록이 다시 생성될 수 있습니다. 문의 이메일은 응대와 기록 관리에 필요한 기간 동안만 보관하며 요청 시 삭제합니다.
아동
앱은 대학 편입 준비생을 대상으로 하며 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
변경
앱 기능이 바뀌면 이 방침을 개정할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 시 위 시행일을 갱신합니다.
Privacy Policy (English)
Information We Collect
Transfer Mate (편입메이트) does not require an account. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising, and the app does not include advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.
Onboarding answers (such as target schools), favorite schools, study progress, wrong-answer notes, wordbooks, streaks and XP, personal schedule items, notification settings, and board posts and comments are stored only on your device and are not sent to Apple or RevenueCat. Purchase information is handled separately as described below.
Device Permissions
Notifications: if you allow them, the app schedules local notifications on your device for application deadlines of your favorite schools and a daily study reminder. Calendar: “Add to Calendar” opens the standard iOS event editor; only events you save are added, and the app does not read your existing events. Pronunciation: word audio uses on-device iOS speech synthesis.
In-App Purchase and RevenueCat
Pro Access is a one-time, non-consumable purchase made through the Apple App Store. Apple handles payment and refunds. We do not receive card details or your Apple Account password. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
We use RevenueCat as a service provider to validate purchases and restore access. RevenueCat creates a random anonymous App User ID and may process that ID, Apple receipts and purchase history, product and purchase status and timestamps, device and OS information, app version, and last-seen time. This data is used for receipt validation, fraud prevention, entitlement delivery and restoration, support, and purchase analytics. We can view the anonymous ID and purchase status or history in the RevenueCat dashboard.
In the current configuration, we do not send RevenueCat your email, name, contact information, advertising identifier, or learning data. Purchase data is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. RevenueCat, Inc. processes this information in the United States over encrypted connections. Data may be kept for the service term or until a deletion request is completed, subject to legal and backup retention requirements. If you decline this processing by not purchasing, Pro Access validation and restoration cannot be provided.
Community Board
Board posts and comments currently stay on the device where they were written and are not shared with other users. If sharing is added later, we will update this policy before it takes effect.
Support Emails, Website, and Links
If you email support, we receive your email address and whatever you include, and use it only to respond and keep support records. This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting, which may process technical request data such as IP address and browser information. Links to university websites are governed by those sites' own policies.
Retention and Deletion
On-device study and settings data remains until you reset it or delete the app. Deleting the app removes local data and its cached anonymous identifier, but it does not automatically delete purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat. To request access to or deletion of RevenueCat purchase data, copy the Purchase Support ID on the Pro Access screen and email it to us. Deleting that record is not a refund, and restoring a purchase later may create purchase-management data again. Support emails are kept only as long as reasonably needed and deleted on request.
Children and Changes
The app is not directed to children under 14. We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we make material changes. Contact: osmanndemirozz@gmail.com.
